PHOLU brings together botanical teas, floral infusions, vibrant drinks and thoughtfully crafted blends for people who want more from the everyday things they drink.

Our story began as Just Camellia, with a love of herbs, flowers and traditional ingredients transformed into simple, beautiful everyday rituals.

Just Camellia is becoming PHOLU. The name is changing, but the heart of what we do remains the same: bringing botanicals, flavour and thoughtful rituals into everyday life.

Hibiscus sabdariffa is a perfect example. For generations, its deep red calyces have been brewed, simmered and enjoyed around the world — often with ginger, citrus and spice — and the name changes depending on whose kitchen you grew up in.
